如何客观、公正、准确的对员工绩效做出评价,是目前人力资源绩效管理中的一个重要问题,360度绩效考评是近年来人力资源管理较为关注的考评理念,是对传统的绩效考评方式的改革,通过360度考评将有助于员工绩效考核的规范性与科学性, 提高考核的信度和效度, 有助于推动员工个人和企业的共同发展,因此研究360度绩效考评机制在企业人力资源管理中的运用是非常有必要的。本文通过对360度绩效考评理论的梳理,分析其在实践应用中遇到的问题和问题产生的原因,进而给出改善现行360度绩效考评机制效果的对策。

Performance measurement is a very important part and a core content ofcorporation’s human resource management. It is a very important issue of human resourcemanagements performance measurement, how to equally and exactly evaluateemployees performance. It is also very realistic for modern corporations that,by researching corporations and designing performance measurement systems ormodes which are suitable for the particular corporations, corporations canpromote the level of HR management and the general management of themselves,and can improve their competition. But 360 degree achievements examinations are the examination ideas whichthe recent years human resources management paid attention, was to thetraditional achievements examination way reform. Will be helpful through 360degrees examinations to the staff achievements inspection standards and thescientific nature, enhances the inspection the letter and the validity, ishelpful in impels staff individual and enterprise's communal development,therefore studies 360 degree achievements examination mechanism has thenecessity in the enterprise human resources management utilization. Thisarticle on the 360-degree performance appraisal of the status of theoreticalstudies are summarized in an analysis of its application in practice, problemsencountered and the reasons put forward for the final solution.
