摘要：在体育教学中，如何培养学生的体育兴趣是体育教学中的一项重要任务。因为中学生的教育在整个教育过程中是一个很关键的时期，对于体育教育同样如此，如果在这一时期能使学生养成自觉锻炼的习惯，培养和激发对体育的兴趣和爱好，这也将为终身体育打下坚实的基础，从而推进全民健身的步伐。本文通过大量的调查研究，总结出了一些影响学生体育兴趣的因素及其培养途径，以提高华宁县第十中学体育教学的效率和质量。 关键词： 体育教学 全民健身 体育兴趣 培养 Abstract: How in sports teaching, to train student'ssports interest is one important mission in sports teaching.
