摘 要
本文采用自顶向下的结构化的系统分析方法，阐述了一个功能全面的微博网站的开发过程、操作流程及其一些核心的技术。本文首先进行了项目概述，简单介绍了项目开发的背景、项目开发的目的和项目开发的意义；接下来是系统规划阶段，通过实际的业务流程调研，分析了系统的组织结构，具体完成了微博网站的需求分析、可行性分析、现行业务流程分析，并通过对现行业务流程的优化，得出了系统的业务流程；之后是系统分析，具体完成了数据流分析和数据字典；系统设计阶段主要完成了功能模块的划分、数据库的设计和系统界面设计。该阶段对各个模块的功能进行了详细设计，形成了本系统的功能模块图，在此基础上选择了合适的开发模式；数据库的设计先进行了概念结构设计，之后进行了逻辑结构设计，最后完成了数据库表的设计。
根据前几个阶段的分析和设计，本系统在设计方面采用B/S模式，同时使用ASP技术进行基本页面的设计与功能实现，后台数据库选用SQL2000数据库。本系统的设计实施为微博网站的运行做基础，为微博网站的管理提供良好的条件。 copyright paper51.com

Abstract
In this paper, the top-down structured systems analysis methods, described a full-featured microblogging site development process, operational procedures, and some of its core technology. 1引 言
1.1 研究背景
近年来，互联网的发展可以用突飞猛进来形容，也随之带来了迅速而巨大的社会影响力，广泛影响着社会生活。进入Web2.0时代，大量的社会性应用软件如雨后春笋破土而出，而目前最引人注目的莫过于微博。自2006年起最早最著名的微博Twitter在全球范围内实现爆发式增长和流行后，国内也相继涌现了大量类Twitter网站运营微博。由上海交通大学舆情研究实验室发布的《2010中国微博年度报告》显示，截至2010年10月中国微博服务的访问用户规模已达到12521.7万人。 其中2009年8月14日由著名门户网站新浪网推出的微博服务在短短数月内一跃成为了目前中国用户人数最大的微博产品，截至2010年3月，新浪微博用户已经超过500万 ，中国青年报社会调查中心通过北京益派市场咨询公司和民意中国网进行的一项调查显示(2117人参加)，69.0%的人关注微博。25.6%的人已经使用微博，43.4%的人正打算用。可以说，微博已经正式进入中文上网主流人群视野。“今天，你‘围脖’了吗？”成为了最新的日常问候语。被中国网民亲切的称呼为“围脖”的微博，作为网络时代又一新锐元素，无意却必然的影响着我们的社会生活。
从2009年7月29日微博鼻祖Twitter把首页那句经典的“你在做什么？”(What are you doing?) 的问句换成为一个祈使句：“分享和发现世界各处正在发生的事。”(Share and discover what's happening right now， anywhere in the world.)，到伊朗抗议活动由于Twitter在其中发挥重要作用而被称为一场“Twitter革命”，我们可以看到，微博在平时也许是一个便于“围观”的散漫电子社交村落，但在重大新闻发生或社会问题凸显时，它又成为信息中心，以前所未有的高效集聚、吸引并号召其用户参与到信息传播和舆论扩散中来。 可以说，当下国内外的每一重大事件，几乎都在微博上引起了强烈的反响和激烈的讨论。
