陶瓷油隔离泥浆泵机械设计

摘要

泥浆泵广泛应用于矿山、水利、煤炭钻井、石油等工业部门。它的工作条件极其恶劣,往往在高扬程、大流量的工作环境下输送含有小颗粒的混合浆液,磨损情况十分严重。为了提高泵的耐磨性能,人们将耐磨材料应用于缸套等过流部件上,或者采用特殊的工艺方法对易磨损部位进行处理。这些措施取得了一定的效果,但是所采用的材料价格昂贵,工艺复杂,增加了泥浆泵的制造、使用成本,部分材料韧性不足,耐冲击性较差,不能适应多变的工作环境,而且耐磨性也不是十分的好。因此,选用新材料,新工艺,成为解决问题的重要研究方向。工程陶瓷具有良好的耐磨性能,但是缺乏韧性是陶瓷的致命缺点。 http://www.paper51.com

本设计将柱塞泵与隔膜泵相结合,用油将泥浆与活塞缸隔离开来,使活塞缸远离恶劣的工作环境,从而提高其使用寿命,能以较低成本达到显著改善泥浆泵耐磨性能的目的。同时,在缸套内壁使用工程陶瓷,进一步增加其耐磨性能。
