本设计主要是对YTP26型气腿式凿岩机机体进行工艺规程的拟订,及车床与铣床典型夹具的设计进行全面的阐述。全文共分五章,其中第一章前言主要介绍的是课题的来源。第二章开始阐述了本课题的目的意义和技术分析,之后着重从生产类型的确定、毛坯的分析、工艺路线的制定、加工余量的确定、各工序工艺装备的确定、切削用量的确定、工序时间的计算等七个方面进行工艺分析。第三章简单介绍了机床夹具设计的概念。第四章和第五章分别从工件定位的确定、夹紧机构的设计、夹具其他装置的设计、夹具体的设计和夹具的工作原理五个方面,介绍了铣床专用夹具和车床专用夹具的设计过程。

This design draft ,mainlyabout the technological process of YTP26 Air-leg Rock Drill, and elabora aboutthe milling machine typical jig design. The full text divides five chapters. Thefirst chapter is the origin of introduction. The second chapter is the goal andtechnical analysis of introduction. After that, I carried on the craft analysisof the production type determination, and the semifinished, and the craftrouteformulation, and the processing remainder determination, and so on. It isgeneral about seven aspects. Third chapter introduced simply the engine bed jigdesigns concept. Fourth chapter and the fifth chapter separately from the workpiece localization determination, the clamp organization design, the jig otherinstallment design, the jig body design and the jig principle of work fiveaspects, introduced the milling machine unit clamp and the lathe unit clampdesign process. copyright paper51.com
